Behavior analysis services should be available to everyone who would benefit from them without exception. I do not accept insurance and do not plan to accept insurance in the future.
If your household income is 400% above the poverty line or more, the fees are below.
Behavioral Assessments: $100-$2,000 per assessment
Farm-based behavior therapy 120 minutes: $200
In-home parent consultation 120 minute: $200
In-person or virtual supervision, observation, or consultation 60 minutes: $200
Virtual behavior therapy or parent consultation 30 minutes: $75
Social and other groups: $30-$45 per group
In-person or virtual group supervision or consultation 60 minutes: $50 per group
Travel fee: $0.10 per mile, to and from location

By adjusting payment to fit each individual, more people can access the services they need. The sliding scale take into account different individual’s income and circumstances.
Payment options: Cash, Check, Debit Card, Credit Card, HSA (always check with your HSA provider before using an HSA care for services), and Paypal
Missed or Cancelled Appointments: If you are unable to make your appointment, please notify us at least 3 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
Insurance: I am an out-of-network provider. I will provide a receipt of your sessions with CPT and applicable diagnostic codes so that you can potentially be reimbursed directly for any out-of-network benefits that your particular insurance provides. I cannot guarantee reimbursement. It is helpful to talk to your insurance company before submitting for out-of-network reimbursement.

Sessions
For families with kids age 4-17 that would be best seen in an open or outdoor setting, farm sessions are a great option.
Sessions are conducted in-person on the farm in Franklinton North Carolina.
